Highly comfortable when laying on any side. Has the cooling effect. Easy to wash, with a zipper in the back for easy removal of the cover. Great support on the neck on either side. I love it, it is amazing!!! Cooling, comfortable, and comes with its own pillow case (you can put a regular pillow case one it too). The entire gray area is cool to the touch even in my bedroom which is one of the hotter rooms of the house. Buy the pillow, buy it while its on sale!!! My swolleness of my neck has gone noticeably down after one night.

I have chronic spinal issues from C1 to my coccyx. I'm typically all over my bed when I'm sleeping because I simply cannot get comfortable. I took a shot and tried this pillow. ZERO REGRETS. I noticed a difference the very first morning after the first night I slept on it.

The pillow is nice and soft. The form definitely gently supports your head. Upon delivery it is rolled up tightly so you have to wait two minutes or so for it to expand. It was nighttime when I got it so I was excited to use it and I used it right away and immediately the crook in my neck relaxed, the way my spine aligned is the way I haven't felt in a long time while laying in my bed. This saves me thousands because I thought I needed to buy a new bed but essentially I needed a greater quality pillow. Now I'm getting the deepest sleep. I even noticed changes in my personality and how I treat people because of the rest I'm getting. This is a serious investment for your lifestyle. Since I'm 5'3", I sleep on the side that's shorter for my neck. They have height differences.
